We want your MoonMellow™ experience to feel simple, thoughtful, and cared for from the moment it arrives.

Cancellations

Any unshipped order can be cancelled for a full refund. Just email omerbuisnessacc@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Issue With Your Order?

If your MoonSpoon™ arrives less than perfect, we’ll take care of it for you. Just email omerbuisnessacc@gmail.com and we’ll help make it right.

Returns

We also have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Because MoonSpoon™ is a personal sleep product, eligible returns must meet our hygiene standards.

To Be Eligible, Your Item Must Be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unopened and still compressed as originally packaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How To Start A Return

  1. Email omerbuisnessacc@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions for how and where to send your package.
  3. Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is related to an issue with the order.
